ELECTRONIC INVOICING

Durham Creek Energy Inc. has transitioned to Pandell’s web-based invoicing system, Pandell Jobutrax. This system allows Durham to electronically receive invoices and associated documentation from vendors in a seamless manner at no additional cost.

As a service provider of Durham Creek, you will benefit from our transition to this electronic invoicing platform in several ways including:

• Notifications during the approval process;
• Increased invoice accuracy minimizing disputes and rejections;
• Ability to view invoice status;
• Reduced payment cycle time (vendors not adopting Pandell Jobutrax will experience delayed processing and payments);
• Enhanced functionality associated with searching, archiving, and storing invoices;
• B2B support to help avoid manual entry of invoice data; and
• Most importantly, usage of the platform is free of charge!

 At your earliest convenience, please register your company for a Jobutrax user account and begin submitting your approved invoices electronically. Durham Creek Energy Inc. requires all suppliers to register and connect with Pandell Jobutrax. Invoice submissions will no longer be accepted via email or mail.
